Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You may use our Services only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. License to Use the Services

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, our Services, or third parties.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content and grant this license.

6. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Services may offer virtual currency, digital items, subscriptions, or other purchases. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value unless required by law, and may not be transferred outside the Services. Prices, availability, and features may change. Payments and refunds may also be subject to the terms of the applicable app store or payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, artwork, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, characters, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to LGNIS FORGE and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, websites, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

We process personal information as described in our applicable privacy disclosures. Please review those disclosures to understand how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Services.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services, and may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGNIS FORGE and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LGNIS FORGE and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your user content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory alternative process under applicable law will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply where you live.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

16. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and LGNIS FORGE regarding the Services, except where separate terms expressly apply.
